  • Nathan Offermann

    Client Services & Sales Operations Manager

    Nathan cut his chops in Vegas at Station Casinos in 2006, working his way up to Director of Marketing at multiple of the Stations' properties. After 8 years in the Casino industry, he took an amazing opportunity to run away with the circus, working as a Senior Marketing Manager with Cirque du Soleil. During his time there, he was able to drive the Marketing and Advertising strategies for MJ ONE, KÀ and Mystére; finding great success and building many long-term relationships. In 2017, he wanted to broaden his skillset and jumped into the world of Operations and Administration, with a main focus on Finance and Business Management within the non-profit world. But the allure of the Las Vegas entertainment world was too much and he jumped back into the Marketing and Advertising space at Flyover Las Vegas before taking on the role of Client Services and Sales Operations Manager with Spotlight Outdoor in 2024.Nathan is passionate at building relationships, finding efficiencies, serving and driving results for partners.

  • Dan Crane

    Chief Financial Officer

    Daniel Crane is an experienced operations executive with 20+ years of proven experience as a top decision‐maker for multiple companies. Throughout his career, he has positively impacted profitability, margin growth, and end‐to‐end business performance. Daniel’s early success came with Warner Bros. Feature Animation as Vice President of Production. In this role, he directed all production and support resources for animation and visual effects production projects. In 2001, he was promoted to Vice President of Production, overseeing the end‐to‐end Warner Bros. Feature Animation Group. In 2006, Daniel transitioned to Warner Bros. Motion Picture Imaging, where he was promoted twice in two years, first to VP and General Manager, and again to SVP of Picture Imaging in 2010. As General Manager and Senior Vice President, Daniel was the senior decision‐maker driving day‐to‐day operations for WB Motion Picture Imaging – the digital post‐production backbone for Warner Bros. Studios.

  • Jamie Watkins

    Chief Operating Officer

    Jamie began her career working as a receptionist in the entertainment industry at Todd AO in Hollywood when she was 23. Eager and determined, she quickly worked up to account manager focusing on Customer service primarily working with Sony clients. After 3 years at Todd AO, she moved to Post Logic as an account manager for Miramax and after another 3 years - she was recruited by Warner Bros. where she subsequently became a Manager and ultimately Director of Operations where she managed 100’s of employees over the course of her 12 yr career. Jeremie & Jamie made the decision as a married couple to move to Las Vegas from LA and join the team at Kre8 Media, where she would bring her operational experience to Kre8 Media and serve as Director of Business operations focusing on Experiential marketing, customer service, scheduling & accounting

  • Stephanie Arnold

    Director of Sales, East Region

    Stephanie Arnold is an accomplished New York based National Account Executive w/over 18 years’ experience in Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising. Her passion for OOH Advertising started when she was attending Endicott College in Beverly, MA where she earned her BFA in Graphic Design in 2003. Starting her career in the marketing department at Clear Channel Outdoor, Stephanie quickly learned she had a drive for sales. Her sales experience started at MetroMedia Technologies (MMT) which jump started her 15 year+ sales career. While at JCDecaux, she was a National Account Executive for over 3 years selling airport media to major fortune 500 clients and agencies to airports across the US. Most recently, she was at Kre8 Media transitioning to Spotlight Outdoor as a Senior National Account Executive. Her focus is selling high impact digital and static OOH media in the epicenter of Las Vegas.

  • Jay Campbell

    Director of Sales, West Region

    Jay Campbell is an accomplished National Account Executive w/over 15 years’ experience in Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising. Jay’s career started on the media buying and strategy end of the business, working with national brands at Publicis and Horizon Media. Ultimately, the draw to media sales was too compelling to ignore, and Jay moved on to Alchemy Media where he spent 6 years successfully selling street level media. Jay’s current focus is selling high impact digital and static OOH media in the epicenter of Las Vegas.

  • Frazer Stone

    Account Services Coordinator

    Frazer grew up in Southeast Missouri and attended IMG Academy for basketball. He spent several years studying business at Southeast Missouri University and Columbia College but eventually spent almost ten years in the Rockies pursuing his passion for all mountain sports and an interest in sports photography. During that time period he spent considerable time in service industry jobs and also worked in the security industry.

    After moving to Las Vegas in 2022, Frazer was given a contract position with Spotlight Outdoor Ads. His initial work involved photography along Las Vegas Boulevard to provide proof of performance documentation for clients. Eventually he was offered a full-time position as the Account Service Coordinator for Spotlight Outdoor Ads. Frazer is committed to providing clients with expert multimedia and data-driven support to ensure they are completely satisfied at every step of their advertising and marketing program with Spotlight Outdoor Ads.

  • Jeremie Watkins

    President & CEO

    Starting with a collegiate career playing Quarterback at Arkansas State and ultimately coaching college football, Jeremie established leadership skills and a competitive spirit at an early age. Jeremie began his OOH career with Big Traffic Mobile Billboards working up to Director of Sales, pushing double digit growth for 5 years straight and establishing himself as a leader in the Las Vegas market. In March of 2012 he launched Kre8 Media as owner and president of the company. The company experienced a high level of success, scaling to 60 mobile billboards, an experiential marketing department and launching the Touchdown Towers on the Las Vegas Strip Corridor. At it’s peak the company had 200+ employees and has been recognized as the industry leader in non-traditional OOH in the Las Vegas Market. In 2021, Jeremie sold Kre8 Media and is passionate about his new endeavor of Spotlight Outdoor.
